The lorry is on its way, the suitcases are packed: we’re all set for IFAT worldwide! We’re off on Monday.

We’re looking forward to an exciting week, fresh ideas and, above all, seeing lots of familiar faces again in Munich.

175 years of innovation & sustainability

We congratulate Rohstoff-Recycling Gebrüder Gubisch GmbH on its impressive company anniversary.

Just in time for the special day, the new fully automatic PRESTO baler HPK 1100 with conveyor belt went into operation. It ensures that PPK ♻️ (paper, cardboard, cardboard) is efficiently compacted and returned to the recycling cycle as dimensionally stable bales.

We are proud to be part of this success story and look forward to many more years of cooperation.

We have completed the next phase of expansion of our production

As soon as the last construction helmet was removed, the excavators rolled up again: The new project has enabled us to expand our final assembly area by around 1,000 m² and integrate two 16-tonne bridge cranes, which will allow trucks to be loaded directly on site and much more efficiently in future.

The shell of the new hall was completed on schedule by the end of July. This was followed by interior work and the concreting of our courtyard areas, before the expanded capacities were made fully available.

With this step, we are not only investing in more space, but also in our future – so that we are well equipped for our steady growth and the increasing demands of our customers.

Stronger than Hercules – PRESTO conquers Olympus

Our CC 30 V has found a new place – this time in Greece! With a specific pressing force of up to 450 kN/m², even Hercules is amazed.

A CC-V is ideal for use in the smallest of spaces to efficiently compact large quantities of recyclables and waste materials – and now also ensures a more sustainable recycling cycle in Kozani.

We are proud to support more and more international partners with our technology.

From 13th May to 17th, IFAT worldwide, the world's largest environmental technology trade fair, is just around the corner and we are more than ready to showcase ourselves and our products to shape the future of environmental technology!

PRESTO is growing - a new milestone

After celebrating the topping-out ceremony in November, the outer structure of the hall is now complete. We are now concentrating on installing new production machinery and equipment.

We are proud that this project will enable us to expand our production capacity and create new jobs. Our team is working hard to ensure that the new hall is not only functional but also modern in design to suit our workflows.

We look forward to being able to report more on the progress in the future and to being able to present the finished hall soon!

solar press container to Co2-free waste compacting

After the energy- and resource-saving IoT system PRES-TO-GO, now the next pioneering milestone in press technology is here. We have manufactured the first battery-operated solar press container for autonomous use.

Four solar panels of 300 watts each feed the battery with 24 V and 100 Ah. When the sun is not cooperating, the battery of the 2.75 kW drive motor is charged via a 230 V plug with “traditional” current from the outlet. The press delivers approx. 100 strokes per battery charge (without additional sun / current feed).
